History
TERMOELEKTRO ENEL AD has been a separate business unit within the company TERMOELEKTRO which was established by a decree of the government of then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1948.
In 1978 it was organized and registered as a separate legal entity in the company TERMOELEKTRO.
In 1993 the company was organized and registered as TERMOELEKTRO ENEL AD – a separate and independent legal entity.
In 2012 it was registered as a joint stock company whose shares are not quoted on the stock exchange.
Today it is a private joint stock company owned by private individuals.
TERMOELEKTRO ENEL AD has been involved in in the design, construction, reconstructions, overhauls and maintenance of TPP TENT A and TPP TENT B, TPP Kolubara, TPP Morava, TPP Kostolac A, TPP Kostolac B, TPP Pljevlja, TPP Gacko, TPP Ugljevik, TPP Tuzla, TPP Obilić A and B, HPP Đerdap II, HPP Zvornik, Incel Banjaluka, Complex Trepča, KAP Podgorica, Pančevo Oil Refinery, Petrochemical Pančevo, Pančevo Fertilizer Plant and many other objects. It also participated in the construction of refineries and power and industrial plants in Iraq, Libya, Algeria, Czech Republic, Russia and Germany.
Company has also cooperated with the leading world engineering and production companies such as ABB, ALSTHOM, HARTMANN & BRAUN, SULZER, SIEMENS, LURGI, KWU, VOEST ALPINA, POWELS, TECHNIP, SNAMPROGETTI, FISHER, FOXBORO, HONEYWELL, HITACHI, MITSUBISHI, YOKOGAWA, ŠKODA, RAFAKO, SCHNEIDER, BABCOCK, CB&I etc.
